The Senior Practitioner Program
For experienced coaches, facilitators and consultants ready to work at greater depth
Many experienced practitioners reach a ceiling that has little to do with skill. You sense a deeper level of work within a session that you can sometimes access, but cannot yet work at reliably.
The Work
The program builds on your existing expertise through vertical development and direct experience of working at the level of state and field. As the awareness and presence you work from deepen, so does what becomes possible through your skills.
Beneath this sits your own inner work. The patterns that shape you as a person also shape what you can meet in a client, and what you steer away from without knowing it. We work with these patterns within the cohort, so your own development becomes the ground of your practice.
The program draws the eight vertical capabilities in the Arc of Leadership Consciousness. We place particular emphasis on Self as Instrument as you learn to work through your own presence with precision. Field Awareness develops alongside this capacity, attuning you to what is moving in a client and their system before it is spoken.
Structure
A cohort of eight to twelve practitioners meets monthly over six to twelve months, building a community of practice. At the outset, each practitioner identifies a development focus and commits to working with it throughout the program. We review progress together along the way and at the close.
