Leaders come to me when they are working at a level most leadership development was never built to reach. This has long been my work, in direct partnership with CEOs and executive teams through the moments that matter most, from board-level transitions and organisational transformation to leadership under conditions where competence alone no longer decides the outcome. The work has been refined at the point where conventional leadership development ends.
I work with a deliberately small number of clients each year, leaders and teams carrying work of real consequence, where the quality of their own presence now determines what is possible. By the time they reach me, what they are looking for is rarely more expertise.
My work spans six continents and has included senior leaders at some of the world’s most demanding organisations: Kraft Foods, PwC, Mondelez, Bacardi, National Australia Bank, MLC Life Insurance (Acenda), Telstra, Aurecon, GHD, Virgin Australia, Baker McKenzie, Amcor, AXA, Bupa, Coles, Clayton Utz, Fonterra, and government agencies across Australia, Canada and the United States.
I work at the level strategy and execution both depend on, the level that distinguishes the most capable leaders. Here, what a leader is carrying inside shapes outcomes as much as any framework or plan. Leadership as Transmission has grown from long experience across industries and geographies, and from asking what develops a leader when today’s complexity outpaces competence alone.
Background
My practice draws on key instruments that matter most at senior levels. I am a certified Leadership Circle Advanced Master Practitioner trained directly with Bob Anderson through Unity Academy (Vertical Leadership). I work across the full Leadership Circle suite for individual leaders and whole leadership systems. I also hold certifications in leading psychometric and cultural instruments, including Hogan and Barrett Values. I am a Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Executive Coaching and hold advanced coach standing with the International Coaching Federation. My academic grounding is a master’s in educational leadership from the University of Western Australia.
Alongside this, my work is grounded in a long practice of leadership presence. I am a graduate of Thomas Hübl’s two-year Timeless Wisdom Training, and this deeper study of awareness and collective state runs directly into how I work with leaders.
