The Executive Partnership
For CEOs and executives holding a mandate of consequence
You lead at the top of the organisation, as a CEO, managing director or member of the executive team, and your mandate asks more of you than your current way of leading can reliably hold. It might be a transformation that has to land, or a role that asks more than any before it. You bring the live work as it unfolds and we work directly with it.
The Work
At this level the organisation takes its signal from you, and your state travels into decisions and culture well before any strategy does. We work with the live terrain of your mandate, including the enterprise vision you hold and the relationships at the top that shape how decisions land.
The partnership also works with what this level asks of you inwardly. Leading at the top can be isolating, and the weight of consequence can narrow what a leader sees without them noticing. We work with what you are carrying that no one else in the organisation can hold for you. As that shifts, perception sharpens and what you transmit to the organisation changes with it. The work draws on State Regulation and Field Awareness from the Arc of Leadership Consciousness, and culminates in Systemic Impact.
Structure
Six to twelve months, built around your mandate. At the outset we agree the measures the work will be held to, with you and, where appropriate, your chair or board. Deep sessions run at a regular rhythm, and I work alongside you in the field during critical periods. At the close we review progress against the agreed measures.
Outcomes
In your leadership
- ·You stay clear and steady under the full weight of the role, and your decisions come from what the moment requires
- ·You sense what is moving in the organisation early, and respond before it becomes a problem
- ·Your leadership presence positively shapes the enterprise well beyond the decisions you make directly
In performance
- ·The organisation moves with a clear enterprise vision, and your executive team carries it as their own
- ·The transformation gains traction that shows up in delivery and in the numbers
- ·The cultural shift you are asking for shows in behaviour well below the top team
- ·The board’s confidence in your leadership strengthens, and board conversations become more strategic
