Welcome to Oisin, Asia-Pacific’s most responsive and dynamic organisational performance consultancy.
Our vision is simple – to partner with clients and cultivate the positive changes required to attain world-class organisational excellence.
We take our name Oisin (pronounced UH-Sheen) from that of the great Celtic leader who inspired a people facing defeat and a culture under threat. Then, as now, leadership was everything; the ability to connect with the hearts and minds of one’s people and inspire them to success.
It is this spirit that inspired the formation of Oisin more than a decade ago. Today’s heroic leaders are to be found in the boardroom, and yet the demands on them are much the same: to motivate their people to achieve their best through one vision, one commitment, and perform with one passion in the face of competitive and circumstantial challenge. In founding Oisin Paula Flynn recognised the infinite value that could be attained by mobilising the endless potential of individuals to inspire others. This became the singular focus of Oisin: to help build brighter futures for leaders and their organisations.
During the time since we first opened our doors to business, we’ve seen key leaders thrive and progress, strategies evolve and digress, markets flourish and falter and marketing drive and dwindle. Critically, we’ve never found an instance in which the most enduring legacy of an organisation hasn’t been its culture. The way we work marks the thin divider between market-leader and follower, the difference between consistently achieving first place and not second. With this in mind we believe that when establishing a culture of performance, the capability, creativity and contribution of every member of every team matters. It is this characteristic too that stirs our absolute belief in the potency of personality. In today’s fast-paced environment, it is the belief that individuals and teams can be reawakened to inspire excellence and to achieve the impossible or at the very least, the improbable. That is the spirit of Oisin. It is the way we do things.
Since gaining our first client over a decade ago, we have gone on to work with many of Asia-Pacific’s most energetic and exciting organisations. Our client base now includes organisations from across the sphere of professional and financial services, high-tech, transport, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life science, manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods.
