We take our name Oisin (pronounced UH-Sheen) from that of the great Celtic leader who inspired a people facing defeat and a culture under threat. Then, as now, leadership was everything; the ability to connect with the hearts and minds of one’s people and inspire them to success.
It is this spirit that inspired the formation of Oisin more than a decade ago. Today’s heroic leaders are to be found in the boardroom, and yet the demands on them are much the same: to motivate their people to achieve their best through one vision, one commitment, and perform with one passion in the face of competitive and circumstantial challenge.
In founding Oisin Paula Flynn recognised the infinite value that could be attained by mobilising the endless potential of individuals and groups to inspire others. This became the singular focus of Oisin: to help build brighter futures for leaders, stakeholders, their organisations and to generate significant value and impact societally.
